Little break from work..During Lunch time~!

oh..almost forgot to update...
so busy this weekend..will update about the past weekend soon =)

went to a little pool and unwind session with my fellow
colleagues..had a fun time..though it's only an One Hr session..

Sprained Ankle..

not me.. but my boyfriend..
i think this is the 3rd time he sprained his leg during BMT..
and.. me.. HEARTACHE la..haix..

going to field camp this week and need to walk 6 clicks..
wonder how's he gonna do it with that sprained ankle..

Cause

A sprained ankle, also known as an ankle sprain,

rolled ankle, ankle injury or ankle ligament injury,

is a common medical condition where one or more

of the ligaments of the ankle is torn or partially torn.

The anterior talofibular ligament is one of the most

commonly involved ligaments.

Sprains to the lateral aspect of the ankle account for 85% of ankle sprains.

Treatment

Severe ankle sprains should be assessed by a

podiatrist or an orthopedic doctor although physical therapy

treatment is extremely effective for most sprained ankles.

Immediately following the injury it is important to follow the PRICE protocol

– protection, rest, ice, compression and elevation

PROTECT. This is quite simple,

but amazingly common for people to forget.

Don't walk on the sprained ankle,

and protect it from further contact by

immobilizing with a splint or brace.

REST.Take a few days off of your feet.

You don't have to be inactive,

but be sure the ankle is being rested.

ICE.This can be done several times a day,

for 15-20 minutes. This will keep the swelling to a minimum.

Do NOT ice for more than 20 minutes,

it will do more damage than good.

COMPRESSION.This does not have to be all of the time,

but particularly when your foot is not elevated it would be advisable.

A simple Ace wrap is fie or light compression.

ELEVATE.This will also help to minimize the swelling that takes place.

A few pillows under the ankle should be fine to get the leg up enough

while keeping the injured limb comfortable.

Today met bii..to go chinatown..haha..

Never had i in my life not smsing him for 48 hours straight..

now.. cant sms him,call him, vs for 5 freaking days~!!

5 freaking long days,which is 24 hours each.. total: 120hours!!

i wonder how.. i mean HOWwwW.. am i gonna survive..

but..i know..by hook or by crook..i need to..

i hope the 120 hours can fly even faster than

the speed they flew when we're tgt..

Understanding..

After i heard alot of relationship stories..

I begin to feel depress..why all (or at least, most) guys are full of ego and
dunno how to treasure the other half..
all they think is about money, work, future..
and guys claim that, by doing so is for their de other half..
so that they can have a better future..

What about a bright future,with good job and tons of money..
but realize that his beloved is with another man?
Who is not as rich as they do,
but knows how to love?

how many of us actually fully understand the marriage vows,
before stepping into the next phrase of life?

Actually not all girls wants their husbands or bf to be rich
(at least i'm not, really) ..
just enough for daily expensese, dont need to struggle to stay alive..
a roof over the head and 3 meals to feed the stomach..
is good enough..

but how many actually understands,
ladies, feel so heartache to see their husbands work so hard..
comeing home everyday with a "i'm deadbeat face"..
and they rather him have a easier job and love her more..

but guys seems to have the " i wan to win" kinda mindset..
thinking that girls will leave them if they have no $$$..
or..throw face infront of other friends if he's not as rich..

hmm..simply love this reaction when he finished piece up the puzzle..
